During the series they hated each other however, at the end they were at least civil to each other due the the Malfoy family changing sides at the last minute and Harry helping them avoid Azkaban (not to mention Harry Potter saving Draco Malfoy's life twice).
Throughout the series Draco and Harry have been enemies, Harry even mentions once that he thought he'd never meet anybody he hated more than Dudley until he met Malfoy. However during the final battle Harry, Ron & Hermione save Draco's life twice and Draco's mother, Narcissa, saves Harry's.
