From what i know and see. I have come to a conclusion that they are stunt doubles (the ones that surf) the actors that you see at the mojoraty of the time are only actors they dont surf. The only time its actually them is when they are swimming etc. I looked up on other websites and it's certain they are stunt doubles doin the Surfing! Hope this hellped :]
