But yeah in a way she is, shes upset to.
shes not angry directly at gale but whenever she thinks of the bomb that killed her sister she thinks of Gale because it was his idea.
Of course he didn't know what the bomb would be used for, but whenever she thinks of it all of the feelings of grief and hurt and loss will be tied to him now.
so in a way she is angry at him but more upset.

∙ 10y agoGale didn't kill Prim. During the battle at President Snow's mansion, she ran in to help those who were wounded by the first wave of explosions. But she and all the other medics who were with her were killed moments later after the second wave went off

What is suspense in the Hunger Games?
This book is filled with so much suspense! Here are only a few examples that you can translate any way you need to... Book 1: Will Katniss win the games? will she sacrifice her life for Peeta or another tribute such as Rue? Will Peeta die of sickness? will the careers kill Katniss? How will Gale feel about Katniss, if she returns from the games with Peeta? Will Katniss be punished by the capitol for rebelling? Book 2: Will Peeta forgive Katniss for pretending to fall in love with him so they could both win the games? will Katniss actually choose to love Peeta or Gale? What happened to Peeta as he was taken by the capitol? Will Peeta kill himself to save Katniss or vice-versa? Book 3: Will Katniss ever get Peeta to love her again? What happens to Prim? What will happen with Annie and Finnick? Does Peeta remember how he loved Katniss so much and will he ever be able to love her again? What happens between Katniss and Gale? Do Katniss and Johanna ever become friends? Does Katniss really love Peeta? Not all of these examples have to do with straight up action but they all keep you guessing!

Before The Hunger Games ever existed, there were 13 districts, but then the 13th one began to 'object' the capital. The president having "to-much-power" over the districts, basically "killed" district 13.

In the first book or in Catching Fire? In The Hunger Games, her little sister, Prim, is drawn from the reaping, and so she took her place.In Catching Fire, there's a change in the games. It's the 75th Hunger Games, and each quarter, they pull out a drawing, of what will make the Hunger Games worse this year. For instance, when Haymitch was in one of the "Quarter Quarrels" (atleast I think they're called that. Something like that) they used twice as many tributes. So 2 boys and 2 girls from each district. This year.....President Snow pulls out the most horrifying thing ever, The Tributes that will be pulled out....will all be Victors from the past games. And there is only one girl who has won for District 12. And that just so happens to be Katniss.
What are the Hunger Games?
The Hunger Games are trilogy of novels that take place in a post-apocalyptic North America by Suzanne Collins. Also in these novels there is a event in which 24 tributes from 13 districts ( 2 from each district) battle to the death until one remains. it is about a girl named katniss from the seam (district 12) and ever year they hold a Hunger Games to basically tell/show the districts that they can have you killed in a snap of a finger and that scares them so they wont rebel.and katniss voulinteers herself because her sister is choosen at the reaping so she goes to the hunger games and the boy tribute (peeta) is "in love" with katniss so they are the star crossed lovers and so they enter the hunger games and peeta is with the carrers the people who wanted to enter The Hunger Games and he does that to stay alive andthen the game makers announce that 2 tributes can win if they are from the same district and so katniss and peeta team up/ form an ally so then there are only 6 people left so then they announce there is a feast and there a back packs and before katniss found peeta he was wounded by a carrer and he needed medicine so peeta told her not to risk her life for him so she gave him sleeping syrup and then she went to the feast and almost killed by clove (carrer) and then thresh kills clove and spares katnisses life because she was rues ally at first before killed by district 1 boy marvel and then she goes back to peeta and heals him then when he is healed they go to the cornucopia and wait for cato and then he comes running and there are wolf muttations and then they almost die then they end up killing cato and so katniss and peeta win the hunger games? no! wrong then the game makers announce that the rules are change and katniss and peeta have to fight to the death and so they try to commit suicide and the the game makers announces the winners of the 74th hunger games! Peeta Mellark and Katniss Everdeen the girl that was on fire!
Katniss felling when rue dies?
Katniss managed to control her emotions by blocking them out. Right before she died, Rue told Katniss that she had to win for her. Rue also reminded Katniss of her sister, Prim who also told Katniss that she had to win. Katniss then felt that she must complete her dead Ally's wishes and that she had to win for Prim. When Rue died, she wanted to win more than ever.
