Soon they began to notice other uses for flarps. As the winters got cold they relized flarpping kept them warm. They used it to heat stoves, fuel lanterns, Eventually they found other uses for it such a cooking ingredient (ecspecially muffins), mating rituals and was used in some board games. Flarpping became so popular that it eventually replaced regular greeting such as a a vebal "hello" or a strong handshake. A stong loud Flarp was considered a gesuture of kindness. Around 1650 bc, a vote took place among the shitonurchesters which resulted in their officially name to be changed to "Flarp".
