Why cant Pan and Bulla go Super Saiyan or even Kaioken like how Chi Chi did?
Although most people argue against this, I'm pretty sure that Pan and Bulla can go Super Saiyan; for instance, in Dragon Ball GT, Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr went Super Saiyan and they were mostly human (their Saiyan blood gets diluted with human blood, since it's been 100 years in the future, and the family tree becomes messed up with the humans that marry the Saiyans). I'm pretty sure that Pan and Bulla could go Super Saiyan if they wanted but they don't feel the need. Plus, Pan and Bulla don't train as much as the other Saiyans did, so they never went Super Saiyan. Interestingly enough, if you check out the Toyble manga of Dragon Ball AF (it's on Youtube, and you can go look at it), you'll see that in one of the chapters, both Pan and Bulla become Super Saiyan, being that they trained. Of course, this is fake but it's still pretty cool. Also, that rumor about Chi Chi going Kaioken is fake. That was more intended to be funny than to be taken seriously. I hope I cleared some stuff up for you.
