Why cant Pan and Bulla go Super Saiyan or even Kaioken like how Chi Chi did?

Although most people argue against this, I'm pretty sure that Pan and Bulla can go Super Saiyan; for instance, in Dragon Ball GT, Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr went Super Saiyan and they were mostly human (their Saiyan blood gets diluted with human blood, since it's been 100 years in the future, and the family tree becomes messed up with the humans that marry the Saiyans). I'm pretty sure that Pan and Bulla could go Super Saiyan if they wanted but they don't feel the need. Plus, Pan and Bulla don't train as much as the other Saiyans did, so they never went Super Saiyan. Interestingly enough, if you check out the Toyble manga of Dragon Ball AF (it's on YouTube, and you can go look at it), you'll see that in one of the chapters, both Pan and Bulla become Super Saiyan, being that they trained. Of course, this is fake but it's still pretty cool.
Also, that rumor about Chi Chi going Kaioken is fake. That was more intended to be funny than to be taken seriously. I hope I cleared some stuff up for you.

No. Super Saiyan 5 and Super Saiyan 6 only exist in fan-made manga such as Dragon Ball AF. Even though Dragon Ball GT wasn't created by Akira Toriyama, it was approved by him so Super Saiyan 4 is official but that's as far as it goes.

Very intresting question. If sonic cant get past his "Super" level, theres no way he can beat naruto. For every tail that appears, naruto gets stronger. to activate kaioken X2 you gotta charge your kai,and damage an enemy or smash ball with it. but i cant get it to stay.after i use 1 attack it stops.Also for every second Kaioken is active you take damage,so more than 5 seconds of having it gives about 30 damage to you.

Because they stopped at Super Saiyan 4 (which in my opinion was ridiculous because Goku looked nothing like a super saiyan). Going SSJ 5 would probably be a terrible idea and the makers decided not to do it.
