These are the lyrics to the Five-0 theme song, as sung by Don Ho. The song starts out with the usual pounding theme, then it slows down to a slow Ballad tempo. ********* If you're feelin' lonely You can come with me Feel my arms around you Lay beside the seaaaaaa We will think of somethin' to do Do it til it's perfect for you And for me too You can come with meeeee. So leave your world behind you You can come with me Sing a song I'll teach you Live your fantasyyyyyyy Love ya in a natural way Doesn't matter what time of day You and I play You can come with meeeee Won'tcha come with meeee You can come with meeee.

The striking theme song from the original TV series Hawaii Five-O was composed by Morton Stevens, a popular composer of movie and television themes of that era. Stevens also composed numerous Five-O episode scores which were then used as incidental music throughout the 12 seasons the show was broadcast.

The theme, which was covered in a guitar oriented version by The Ventures, is still particularly popular with college and high school Marching Bands, especially at the University Of Hawaii, where it has become the unofficial fight song.

When polls are taken of the most popular Television show theme songs, the theme to Hawaii Five-O is always at the top, with many considering it to be the best TV theme ever composed.

The theme music from the crime drama Hawaii 5-0 was written by Morton Stevens (1929-1991). Don Ho recorded the music with words under the title You Can Count on Me, however the instrumental version is still most recognized by the Hawaii 5-0 theme.
