"2NE1" is a Korean musical group . Calmisia here improving this answer, because the one before didn't really answer the question. 2NE1's music video Hate you is not a real anime. Why? Because of the art style the only thing that looks like it came from anime are 1. the cars 2. the monster 3. The eyes but even those are more cartoony then anime, mainly due to the way the eye is shaped and looks along with the eye lashes. What makes it not anime? The shape of the head is too round and the whole entire body shape including hands, fingers and stuff are different from the way anime styled bodies, heads, hands and such looks. The flow of the animation is also pretty anime like though that's mainly because there tends to be Korean animators doing anime. So it's no surprise that the same "flow" would be in an actual Korean music video featuring animation. I hope that helps. ^-^ Feel free to improve on this anyone~
