Fault will be assigned by the police and/or court to all involved parties. The percentages assigned depend on the existing rules of the road: Yield to the vehicle on the right; maintain full view of path of travel (like backup camera); use of horn in a blind spot; safe speed within the parking lot; lights on after dusk or during inclement weather; etc.

The backing car is at fault
if you're reversing into your driveway and someone hits you its their fault. you were moving away and they wern't paying attention. Now if you went back into the street to straighten out and back back in then it might be your fault, but if you were reversing the whole way and never came back out of your driveway it would be theirs
If you reverse your car and then collide with a parked car , the person who did the reversing is at fault.
who cares they both go 2 court!!!
Usually the person in back, but the police will do an investigation as well as the insurance company to determine fault.
The person who bumped into you, unless that person sues you for thinking that you bumped into him. Or her. Sorry. Does that answer your question? OK. Good.
If you were both backing out at the same time, then it will be considered joint fault, sometimes called contributory negligence. That means both drivers failed to notice the other driver.
Not enough detail here to determine fault
it is the person who pulls out on your street
they been driven back to japan
A back-up camera.
