Usally anytime you get hit from the back you are not At Fault however there are some acceptions if the car ahead rolls back more than 4 feet, taillights are not working propperly or if the car in front skids and leavs tire marks from breaking to hard it is the one in the fronts fault. There are also no fault accidents like ice, hydroplaing, inproplly marked curbs, or the sun being in ones eyes can be considered as a no fault there for the accident is handles as no fault and insurance clams will be handled indivtually
Only if you were driving too fast for conditions.
The other car is at fault. If you couldn't avoid the accident and the other guy was in the wrong lane, he will be responsible for all damages.
In any weather you must maintain control of your vehicle. If you cannot stop and you hit anything, you are at fault. The car with the wrecked front is at fault. The car with the wrecked back end is not at fault.
The car in the back is usually at fault in a rear end collision. The only exception would be if the car in front were backing up. The car in back is at fault for hitting you ,but if you are pushed into the car in front of you you are at fault for hitting that car.
the car that back into the other car
Nobody, because you never knew that the car was going to lose control!
The person's who parked it there, (its parked illegally.)Not your fault.
The car in the back. If you hit a pole, tree or another object with your car, you are at fault. If a car slams on its breaks in front of you and you rear end them, you are at fault. The reason for this is You are the person responsible for the actions of the vehicle in which you control as the driver. If the conditions around you change, you, who are in charge of the vehicle in direction and speed must change as well.

As far as I understand, if any car is in reverse it is their fault.
