so you dont move forward when the car stops as the result of an accident. It is a double protection for you.
maybe not in gear
Inertia
forward and backwards
When a car stops suddenly, inertia causes the passengers to continue moving forward due to their own momentum. This happens because the car decelerates faster than the passengers inside, causing them to lean or move forward until they are brought to a stop by the seatbelts or objects in the car.
The conflict in "Accident" by Danielle Steel revolves around the aftermath of a devastating car accident that changes the lives of the characters involved. As they struggle to come to terms with the accident and its repercussions, they must confront issues of guilt, forgiveness, and healing in order to move forward. Personal and emotional conflicts arise as they navigate the challenges brought on by the accident.
A Lot!
Whoever made an unsafe move.
What causes a car to move is gasoline.
yes it does according to the law of physics if the vehicle is in motion when the car stops suddenly, you will fling forward.
Assuming the other seat adjustments work, and the switch tests okay, remove the seat, turn it over and inspect the forward/backward mechanism. You will probably find something broken.
