ZERO! I was rear ended, have $19,000 in property damage, injuries, medical bills, pain and suffering and lost income. Progressive offered me $250 for personal injury and $1180 for property damage. They say since I can't prove the work equipment was in my vehicle was running prior to the accident, they won't pay for the repairs despite the fact that I was on my way back from a clients home where my machine was running 100%. I am filing suit against the driver next week.
BEWARE to anyone thinking about getting Progressive to insure you. You WILL be sued if you get into an accident that is not your fault and you probably won't be able to collect anything if you are not At Fault. And if you're injured, forget about it! You're sure to lose your job, house, health, etc. etc. before you ever get any compensation.
In a typical rear end collision, the head and neck of the victim are often accelerated faster and harder than the torso, due to the sudden jolt from the impact. This can result in whiplash injuries.
