The difference between MDL fuses and ADL fuses are that MDL fuses are a slow blow fuse with a long time lag. ADL fuses on the other hand, are normal blow fuses with a medium time lag.

I think i have an early model Remington 700 adl in 7mm rem mag because there is no mag hinged floor plate?
Correct, if you have without a floor plate you have an ADL. The earliest 7mm MAGS had stainless barrels and will say so under the calibur stampings. The early 700s also had a flat, vs newer round, safety lever.

More recently, the rifle has been adopted by the U.S. Military as a sniper weapon. Remington produced the classic Model 700 rifle in many varieties: the ADL, BDL, and CDL being 3 of them.BDL vs ADL:You may be wondering what you receive for paying two hundred dollars more for the BDL. BDLs are in current production. ADLs have now been discontinued. Although quite similar, the BDL and ADL can be differentiated in three separate ways.* BDLs have a baseplate, and ADLs do not.
