if ur not very good with cars u might wana get someone that is, but u have to pull ur intake off, that means pulling ur distributer, that involves knowing how to time ur engine or buy marking where the rotor was, then pull ur exaust manifold, valve cover, and whatever else is in the way. then u have to scrape the gasket off, maybe make sure the head is still good. ul have to change both head gaskets unless ur confident u know which one, u could find that buy witch spark plugs have antifreeze gunk on them or it, which would be white build up, but then ud have to re asemble it, i probly left out something but it ur confused know wait till u take it apart ha ha, id have someone do it
