Assuming that you are referring to the liability or collision coverage, the easiest way is to contact the insurer or the agent through whom you purchased the policy. Removing her from those coverages will likely result inn a reduction of premium.

Note, though, that if you and she continue to live together, and she is injured in a collision while a passenger in the insured vehicle, she may be entitled to certain benefits by virtue of being a passenger and/or by virtue of her cohabitation.

If you remove her from the insuance, if she nonetheless uses the vehicle with your express or implied knowledge and consent, and causes a collision, you may be vicariously liable for the resulting damages; whether or not that liability inures however, depends upon the law of your state.
