Neighbor gets new window and you pay. (You caused damage, intentional or not). An apology for the inconvenience is nice, and can go a long way to keeping it all courteous too.
If road debris flies up and hits your car, 'Comprehensive' Insurance coverage will pay all but any deductible up to the limits of coverage purchased for the car.
It's not clear what your question is. You should be able to claim insurance on it.
Your car insurance does not cover damage to another persons car that was caused by your home via weather or unforeseen circumstances. Their own insurance should cover the damage dealt to their car, assuming they have more than just liability coverage. If not, then it is their problem to fix their car.

Measure the height of the damage on your car and check the neighbors car for damage at that height. If you cant find any, you dot have any evidence on which to ake a claim.
Talk to your neighbors, anyone see anything? Look for damage to vehicles in your area that will ''match up'' with the damage to your vehicle.
Depends if it is (1)your roof and your car, (2)your neighbors roof and your car, or (3)your roof and your neighbors car. 1 - You can't sue yourself so your homeowner's liability is out of the question, if you have comprehensive coverage on your car it will be subject to that deductible and your car insurance will pay. 2 - Your neighbors homeowner's liability coverage will pay for the damage to your car. 3 - Your homeowner's liability coverage will pay for damage to their vehicle. 2 or 3 you may want to get an estimate on how much it will cost to fix your vehicle, having a homeowners claim can seriously impact your ability to qualify for competitive homeowners insurance rates and you should only file claims against your homeowners if it is truly necessary. I would say if the cost to repair the car is under $2500 you should work out an agreement with to pay out of pocket instead of through homeowners, unless you can get a gaurantee in writing from the homeowners insurance saying your rates will not go up due to the claim. Good luck.
No, Your Homeowners Insurance will not cover windstorm damages to your neighbors vehicle because you are not liable for acts of nature. Your neighbors will have to look to their own Comprehensive Auto Insurance to cover windstorm damages to their vehicle.
YOU. And no one else. No one told you to hit a rock. It was your accident.

An air cleaner in car will prevent the engine from pulling in any particles of dirt and/or debris that may cause damage to the cylinders.
