In America you CAN sue just about anyone, but you likely won't get anywhere with this one. You will need to ''sue''the At Fault party that caused you to lose wages, assuming you are talking about loss of wages from an injury you sustained. That a physican advised you to stay off of work for. If you care to explain the details, I will try and help you.
