Never worry, it's totally normal. Your ears are somewhat adapting to you piercing since the 'metal' or the earring is a foreign bypasser. If the swelling lasts more that a week, that's weird.

I'm pretty sure it is normal. Everyone's ears are different. Your ear is probably not used to the material, so when it fully heals then you should take it out for a while and try to soothe it. I am a guy and when I got my ears pierced my left ear always took longer to heal and it was also swollen.
Your belly button piercing hurts more then a normal ear piercing your belly button piercing is more sensitive then a ear. :]

I recently got my Bellybutton pierced about 2 weeks ago and the top hole is red a little swollen and there is a bit of clear discharge coming out of it. I have been cleaning it regularly with a salt water soak once a day for about 2-5 mins and antibacterial soap once a day. Is this normal or should I consult a doctor?
No itchy is a sign of an allergic reaction, this could be due to the quality or lack of it in the jewellery in your tongue piercing.
Stop eating sour and spicy thing. Avoid pulses until it heals. Some doctors recomend the use of deo sprays on it, deos contain spirit which helps to heal it. rotate your earring. its always better to wear silver loops when you get your ears pierced.
Your immune system is loaded down right now and a piercing is not going to help it one bit. wait till you are back to normal health before getting anything pierced.
