It's actually healthier to loose only 2 pounds per week, so in 1 month you shouldn't lose more than 8 pounds.
Weight loss is best achieved by eating fewer calories--but healthier food, and increasing physical activity.
its always possible though. you haft to reallly work hard! but you can do it!!!!!
15 kilos in one month, the only possible ways are anorexia, Liposuction, and amputation. if possible, i would try to avoid these. one thing that does work, but sounds disgusting, is to cram as much fiber-full food as you can in a couple of days, food waste sticks to your colon, and bloats out your stomach and remains as weight inside you. the fiber will stick to it on its way through and drag it out next time you make stool, you can lose a lot of weight this way.
after that, just eat fresh fruits and veg, lean meats, dont overdo carbs, and get yourself down the gym a few times a week. after a few weeks this becomes routine habit, and the weight loss will take care of itself. next thing you know, summer has rolled around and you are looking better than you have done for ages.
Simple answer is... You Don't unless you are someone that is highly obese, (upwards of 300lbs) You can try to lose some of the weight by restricting few calories then you are eating now and exercising.
Don´t eat or eat anything but sugared water and run 10 miles every day. That should do the trick...
15 kg in one month is about half a kilo each day, and that's way too much for anything resembling a healthy diet plan. 1/2 - 1 kilo each week is more reasonable if you want to stay healthy.
exercise
Eating the right amount of food, and exercising ALOT!!!!!
2-3 lbs per week
While a diet plan and losing weight is good, I would not recommend trying to lose weight that fast. 20 lbs in 1 month is really fast and you shouldn't try to lose more weight than 2 lbs a week.
Exercise, eat right, dont do drugs, get your normal 8 hours of sleep.
8-10 lbs safely. Anymore is pushing it to an unhealthy exercise or diet program.

You would need to show a deficit of 35,000 calories per week In order to lose that amount.Your doctor will want you to be more realistic and aim for a safer weight loss such as 1 or 2 lbs. a week. If you are determined to lose a larger amount of weight, consider Bariatric surgery or a fasting diet, both monitored by a medical professional.
average, 8 to 11 lbs would be the healthiest because my little brother is 1 month and weighed 10 lbs but he was big.

Not a day. It will take about 1-2 weeks to lose weight, and then you need to be diciplined. Drink water - about a cup an hour to stop mass dehydration and exercise at the same time and then you should lose quite a bit of weight - in 2 weeks you can lose up to 15 lbs.
