Only if you have good reason to suspect that she may still have strong feelings for him. Otherwise, no, I wouldn't worry.

If she was planning on cheating on you, then she probably wouldn't have told you that she's going to meet up with her ex.

Of course, there's always the chance that the spark they had together will reignite, and they will wind up in bed together. Even if that's not what they intend to do, it could still happen.
