Yes, having a metallic taste with the cravings of eating something tangy could be the sign of pregnancy. It could also be because of some stomach problem too. It's my 7th week in and I'm feeling the same these days. Actually I feel very sleepy too so I thought may be because of taking all these naps mouth tastes this way! I'd suggest you take a preg test right away and go see your doctor for a blood test to rule out the other causes!

Some pregnant woman do experience a metallic taste in their mouth. It is normal, also sometimes your taste buds change.
It doesn't mean that you are pregnant, but metallic taste in my mouth was my first indicator that I was pregnant. I didn't realize I was pregnant for a few weeks, but then I read in a book that it is a common thing many pregnant women experience. Mine went away after about 2 weeks.

From experience, you have some of the symptoms of a seizure. Seizures often leave the victim tasting a metallic taste in their mouth and they black out and become dizzy. I would see your doctor ASAP.
