Horrible question. You are assuming that all fat, all carbs and all protein are equal. They are not. 10 grams of starchy carbs from a potato do NOT equal 10 grams of high-fructose corn syrup. 4 grams of monounsaturated fat do not equal 4 grams of saturated fat. And protein doesn't get used by your body as fuel, so it really doesn't matter how many calories of protein you consume; you need to find how much protein MASS you need daily for your body type.

A calorie is just a unit of heat energy anyway. It's more important to eat things that contain what your body needs in the right amounts. If you're doing it right, you can completely disregard calorie content and instead read the grams of fat, carbs and protein something contains, SO LONG AS you are eating the right foods to start with. Ie don't even bother reading the label on Ice Cream, it is automatically bad due to simple carb content and saturated fat content. Any simple carbs (refined sugars, HF corn syrup etc) or saturated fat will screw up your whole program.

In short, learn the difference; there are i think 3 basic carbohydrate tiers, and 2 or 3 tiers of fats depending on who you ask.

If I was on a high protein or a low carb diet where does the unused protein go is it turned to fat?

Yes. Total carbohydrates or total protein or total fat doesn't directly matter in whether one loses or gains weight- it's simply the total number of calories consumed. If you consume too many calories from any source, carbohydrates, protein, or fat, you'll simply store it.

If you ate 200g of carbohydrates 30g of proteins and 40g of fat each day how many calories would you consume?

there are four calories for each gram of carbohydrates, there are four calories per gram of protein, and there are nine calories per gram of fat so there would be 800 calories in your carbs 120 calories in your proteins and 360 calories in your fats. A food source with 5 grams of protein 10 grams of fat and 20 grams of carbohydrates contains how many calories?

A food source with five grams of protein, ten grams of fat, and twenty grams of carbohydrates contains 190 calories. To find this, you need to know how many calories are in a gram of protein, fat, and carbohydrates. There are four calories in one gram of protein and one gram of carbohydrates. There are nine calories in one gram of fat. Then multiply five (the number of grams of protein) by four (the number of calories in one gram of protein), ten (the number of grams of fat) by nine (the number of calories in one gram of fat), and twenty (the number of grams of carbohydrates) by four (the number of calories in one gram of carbohydrates). Add those numbers up and you will know how many calories are in the food.
