If you're thinking that throwing up is a sign that you're pregnant, it could also be an effect from BC. I've heard that some girls react negatively to Birth Control pills and sometimes experience nausea while on them. However you may be pregnant if you are playing'pill roulette' I suggest you take a pregnancy test.
