Yes, as long as it is positioned upside down from its proper upright position
Yes.

Mains voltage in new Zealand is 230v AC 50Hz. Mains plugs are 3-pin, with a vertical Earth, and two inclined pins for Phase and Neutral. (Same as Australia) If the charger you are referring to is the type that plugs into a cigarette lighter - these are common to all (?) cars.
You will need an adaptor
u.s.a exports to Australia cars car parts
A DSi LL charger is made for a Japanese power socket, which while it may be the same shape and configuration as a socket in the US, the two countries use different voltages. It'd be safer to get a DSi XL charger from the US itself.
Yes, but you will need a special charger for the battery.
It will work on an American DS. My DS is American, and I just bought a regular DS charger off Amazon :)
It will work, but you're gonna have to buy all your games from the US.
Yes it's not like it will stop working because you go to a different part of the world, however if you buy it in the US you will have a two-pin 120v charger, which will not work in the UK, you will need a three-pin 240v charger.
Wht other chargers can also work with the gameboy micro
it all depends on where you are in the us but most likely $2000 or higher.
