Did you grow or develop that piercing or tattoo in response to the environment around you or have it passed on genetically from your parents? That's why.
An example of culture being dynamic and evolving as societal beliefs and knowledge change.
There are no so called "Stages" of evolution. Evolution is a natural prossess by which man evolves naturally. A simple example is a child growing up to be an adult, or a tadpole first growing legs then through the natural Law of Evolution becomes a full grown frog. Evolution then is a constant continual change in all things. I do however agrees that certain changes in all things can be referred to as "Stages" but it is not the correct term. Stages always bring to mind that something starts then stops then starts again instead of being a steady flowing of change.
The Scopes Trial, also known as the "Scopes Monkey Trial," highlighted the debate between evolution and creationism in public education. Despite John Scopes being found guilty of teaching evolution in a Tennessee school, the trial brought national attention to the issue and helped shift public opinion towards the acceptance of evolution. It also contributed to the ongoing discussions on the separation of church and state in education.
In various cultures and religions, the creation of human beings is attributed to different deities or forces. In scientific terms, human evolution from ancestral primates is understood through the process of natural selection and genetic mutations over millions of years.

In my opinion both are pretty bad. First of all, nose piercing may go wrong and you may get some minor infections where the nose piercing is, and sometimes it may feel completely weird and unnatural. Secondly some people cannot pull it off wearing a nose piercing and getting away with out being criticized. Getting a tattoo is a very bad thing to do. If your tattoo gets messed up or you regret having that tattoo(I have a sister who got a tattoo she didn't want for a few years). Then you'd have to use some type of laser removal to remove the tattoo which is a very big amount of money.
Honestly, if you need to numb anything your going to pierce/tattoo before you do it, your not ready for a piercing or tattoo. Quit being a chicken and just do it without any numbing creams or gels or ice.

I just had a tattoo done and I take coumadin daily...I had no problems. I told the artist prior to my tattoo being done so he was aware I could bleed...no problems though

NO! Being a boy who likes boys makes you gay, or a girl who likes girls. No piercing, tattoo or fashion statement is standardized marker for gay identity. Pierce what you like!
Barbed wire tattoo with roses is NOT that a sign of being gay.
stops it from bleeding and makes it easyer to tattoo
Hedgehogs and echidnas show convergent evolution. Despite being far apart, they ended up looking very similar. Like sharks and dolphins.
If the piercing is over a year old you can remove the Monroe piercing for several hours without fear of the piercing healing closed. Prior to a year you are taking a gamble on how your body will respond to the jewellery being out of the piercing.
a tattoo of 3 x's is generally associated with the wearer being straight edge
