There are a number of reasons for this:
The only way I believe I believe that you can do this is too plug the other persons iPod into your PC / Mac and place the songs onto it from there.
You only have to pay for the song. There is no payment required for the transferring process from iTunes to the iPod Touch.
They can hold up to 7,000 songs , but some people say they only hold about 4,300
Yes you have to sync all the songs at the same time or you will lose them all. When it does this it only syncs the new songs and the old songs won't be lost
Plug your iPod into your computer and open iTunes. On side menu of iTunes you will see an iPod symbol (this is under Devices, the third category down). Click on the iPod symbol and scroll down to the third category, Options. Click on SYNC ONLY CHECKED SONGS AND VIDEOS. Then go to your iTunes library and un-check all of the songs and/or videos that you do not want on your iPod. This will allow you to keep your iTunes music, but it will take it off your iPod.
The ipod nano 4gb can only take 400 songs because that is as much space you have left on your ipod. I suggest you restore your ipod and then try putting more songs on it.
20,000 songs 20,000? Only if all your songs are at a really low bit-rate. I've an 80gb iPod, and because my tunes are at 192kbps or above (quite a few at 256 or even 320) I can get roughly 8,000 on it. Not 20,000 is it...
No, you can only transfer Itunes to Ipod
Currently, you cannot drag songs from your iPod onto a computer; you may only put songs from the computer onto the iPod, not vice versa. Therefore, there is nowhere to go to get songs on the iPod onto the computer.
When the songs were erased from your Ipod, you can never get it back, maybe you have plugged in your iPod to other PC/laptop that has itunes. You should connect your iPod only to the PC where you have installed your own itunes.
You cannot change the order of songs on an iPod, only on iTunes.
2,000 if only songs
Only If Its an Ipod touch if not NO!
I'm almost positive you can only put songs onto the iPod from your library. There is software to "rip" the music from your iPod to a computer. It costs $ but works, you have a backup now of the music on the iPod.
no you cant because the ipod was only made to read songs off itunes sorry
No matter what the music file format is, u can upload them to ur ipod if u convert them first.
No, the capacity of the iPod is not only for songs. It counts for everything that is on the iPod, including contacts, apps, videos, photos, and much more.
