If an app does not work correctly, sometimes deleting it and re-installing it often does the trick and sorts it out. If this does not sort it out get in touch with the app creators and they might be able to provide a guided solution. If you feel the creators are either unhelpful or do not respond to you, then I would drop a complaint to Apple.
