When you download a song, sometimes your computer may lose its wireless connecton causing the download operation to fail. When the connection comes back the download process will start again and download the song the rest of the way then a second time for back-up. If you start to import a CD and stop before it is finished then start it again, the songs that were previously imported will remain on your iTunes until you delete them.

It depends how big each song is you put in, the bottom of Itunes will tell you how much space you have used up, and when you connect your ipod, the bar at the bottom of that page will show you also.
There are a number of reasons for this:(iPod Touch only) You have a lot of apps on your iPod, which is taking up a lot of space. You have a lot of videos, which take up a lot of space. You have a lot of photos, which take up a lot of space.
the music files are hidden in a folder in the ipod... you need to enable "Show hidden files and folders" in folder options, if xp look in the top of the folder for folder options if 7 or vista look in control panel... than you can see hidden folders in the ipod which contain your music, the problem is that it has a weird name, such as g2sdl23okiads or something like that, you need to copy it to your computer, add to itunes and i tunes will straighten things up, and than puttin it in the ipod should be easy :D
I have the new Ipod touch (4th gen) and I searched for Tunee Music and it came up with nothing, so no, I don't think it is available for the Ipod Touch
