The same muscles you use for pushing the baby out is also the same ones you use for squeezing when you have to pee but isn't at the bathroom yet. The baby has also used your bladder as a trampoline for several months and adding his/hers weight to it. It's easy to take care of by doing the squeezing exercises afterwards. And not all women have problems afterwards.
