It depends on your beliefs.Everyone's opinions are different. Some people think we should for self defense, yet some people think we shouldn't due to warfare and the crime rate would rise. There are also many other reasons why people think we should or shouldn't be aloud to have guns.

Your question calls for an opinion. If a person is a law abiding, sane adult, there is no reason they should NOT carry a gun. Unless you think they should not be able to defend themselves from criminals.

Yes. Criminals should not have guns. Normal, law abiding people, despite age, gender, race or religious preference should be allowed to own guns, and should chose whether or not they want to. No one should make the choice for them.
