people drink in the streets because they think it is fun, same with smoking, but why do people leave their bottles and cans behind on the street, i know they are too lazy to put it in the bin by them but it isn't necessary that you can do that but people think it is fun to drop beer bottles on the floor and wine bottles and cans and then they polluting the air and people get fines when getting caught by police or when they track it down on CCTV!
