Here's the answer ladies....I use to indirectly work with a young(26) well looking gentleman that would usually score a date 8 times out of 10. He was obsessed with prego women. He explained to me that when he saw a hot girl he would notice her good looks and features. When he saw a pregnant woman his first thought was sex because men procreate, it is our nature. When a man sees a pregnant woman he instantly relates pregnancy with sex. Upon seeing a pregnant woman he would know someone was having sex with her and visualize this.
