This gun was made by Alberto Uberti of Italy. It is a high quality reproduction commemorative gun set with both a "cowboy" revolver and replica of a Winchester 1873 rifle.

This is indicative of a .44 caliber with 40 grains of black powder. The j 213 simply means that it is part of set # 213. I believe there were 300 sets made, but many were broken up, and it is unknown how many remain together in the hands of collectors.

Uberti still makes guns in this model, but this particular set was very special with intricate brass carvings of frontier scenes and the original Justin Boots store front on the rifle.
