Most likely a store brand made by Crescent. Minimal value; 50-125 USD
No sn data available.
Keystone Arms Co was a trade name used by E.K. Tryon Jr. & Co, a large catalog hardware store in Philadelphia. The gun would have been made during the early 1900's through WW2, and could have been made by any of a number of manufacturers. That serial number leads one to think H&R.

Crescent Fire Arms, sometime between 1893 and 1932.
Tryon was an early gun manufacturer in the Philadelphia area, going back to 1812 or so. Around 1890, they began selling guns made by others under their Keystone brand name, a common practice. Most of their shotguns were made by Savage. Unfortunately, there is no real serial number public database for those store brand guns.
Impossible to value with just the serial number and "shotgun".
