There both pretty bad for your body but i think trans fat is worse because you can have heart attacks! but dont get worried because if you have a little bit of it your fine and if your active or a kid and you have alot one day but not everyday maybe only once your fine. Example:: when i was little i hade 2 bottles of whipped cream at once and im ok but you cant have alot everyday. so be carful!
