in the third area there is a magnet suit in a bin. smash up the bin and build the magnet suit then climb up the magnet wall and when you are on top of wall use Alfred to glide over to him if you see him from here

In the third area get the magnet suit (which can be found by smashing a bin) and walk up the magnet wall ,you'll be able to see him from here ,try and glide over and you should make it.
