to find the wings of time you must go to the future and go to the keeper's dome. in the very back of the first room there is a door with a symbol on it which you can open now due to the fact that the pendant became active after the events that took place at the kingdom of zeal. you then go even farther in, examining the blue sparkles and then use the pendant at the door in the back and there ya go. you have found the wings of time, soon to be known as the epoch!
