Buddy4u was an instant messaging and profiling service that shut down in March 2013. As such, there is no existing or even upcoming app that is being developed by the company. The only app would therefore have to be fan made and it is unlikely even when Buddy4u is a defunct that they would be able to acquire the name for it. There are many AIM applications as alternatives however.
