Practically speaking, there isn't one.

If you know EXACTLY where you're at in your menstrual cycle, there are days where the chance of getting pregnant is really, really small. But counting the days isn't accurate enough for that.

One in five women relying on "safe periods" will get pregnant within one year anyhow.
