Yes you can but its not going to look so great (*UNLESS YOU GET SOMEONE WHO HAS DONE TATTOOS BEFOR*) because if you do it your self you wont have the perspective of another person

Depending on how "dark" your skin is, generally green, red and black will show up well. Most other colors such as yellow, blue, etc, will not show up as the pigment of the skin is too dark for them to show through. The ink color white will not show up either.

unfortunately no. ive tried it. the structure of the ink cartidge is specifically designed for a parallel pen and will not work for a normal one because it is too fat and doesnt work the same way as a normal ink cartridge.
