The number one thing that girls try to find in men is if they are funny (in depends of girls), if they make the girl smile or laugh. Don't be to shy or else the girl could get bored. By the way don't say things that are not true to her.

I'm a girl and this always works. I've liked the same boy for 7 years, and this is what he did to get me to like him. -At first just introduce yourself. Start a little conversation about the neighborhood and school, and then you just start talking about what you want to talk about. -Start hanging out with her. -Compliment her. But don't make the compliment to obvious that you like her. Just say that you like her shoes, and if she blushes you're in. -Tease her a little. Not in a mean way, but try to make her laugh.

-Girls love a funny guy. Not knock knock jokes, but just say something funny while your talking that has to do with the topic you are talking about.

-Girls like a guy who is sensitive and is always there for you. Don't be like mushy-gushy sensitive, that just embarrasses the girl.

Talk to her about her. Find out what she is into, likes, interested in, nothing too indept just simply about her. Maybe shes a sports fan, artist, reader, religious, bicycle rider, coaster rider, gamer...ect?

Be observant pick up some small thing or situation like seeing her at a sporting event or movie. "Gee what did you think of that game/movie/class?"

Find something in common with her to make conversation easier between the two of you. Don't be boring or negative and most important listen.
