You can also go to your online account, after you log in then go to customer service and support tab and scroll down to the technical support link. It asks for your serial number(Which can be found under phone details) and from there you get a list of questions one being, Does your TRACFONE screen display "Prepaid Disabled"? you click on that and it gives a step by step instruction to enter a code, it should fix the problem.
