Maybe ask her politely if she could not bring her sister as you do not feel comfortable with a stranger around your children and that it isnt really her place to bring other people to your house. If you do not feel comfortable doing this then maybe you could get to know her sister and you will feel more at ease having gotten to know her better. Hope this helps.
