Any of the PCP class of pellet guns or rifles. These are high pressure pellet guns that are capable of shooting a 50cal pellet.
It is generally accepted the the pellet rifles used in the Olympics are the finest made. Look up rifles made by FEINWERKBAU WESTINGER & ALTENBURGER
If you check their web page you will see that they sell Beeman, Benjamin, Remington and Crosman. All of these are good air rifles.
A pellet rifle has no firing pin. It also can not fire a bullet or gunpowder. It can not be made to do so either. The pellet has no charge (casing like a bullet) it just a pellet. However pellet rifles can be just as deadly as a real firearm. They use Air or C02 to project the pellet downrange. Some Pellet rifles are used for hunting, others for target practice. The Major difference between a firearm and an air rifle, is Gunpowder is use in Firearms and Air or C02 is used in Air rifles.
It all depends on the country where you live.
If you are asking strictly about BB guns and not rifles, pellet guns or pellet rifles then I would have to say it most likely is the "IZH-Baikal Drozd BB Gun." It fires at a rate of 541 feet per second. It will fire 1, 3 or 6 shot burst at the pull of the trigger. However Pellet guns and Pellet Rifles are more powerful.

You mean BB rifles. Most sporting gods store sell them along with Walmart, Cabelas, Basspro, Dicks and ACE hardware.
If you are talking about a .177 caliber pellet. Most likely the answer is NO. But if you are talking about a 45 caliber or 50 caliber pellet then the answer is Yes. Pellet guns come in .177, .20, .22, .25, 9MM, 45 cal and 50 Caliber. The last 3 sizes are fired by PCP air rifles (Recharged pneumatic ) that require a scuba tank to charge them to 3000 PSI. They are still pellet rifles just the BIG BOY of pellet rifles.
