dont flip panicing is never the answer let it air dry open for a couple of days perferably some where warmer then try and turn it on. if thatdoesnt work get the computer checked out by a conputer place. chances are if it doesnt turn back on after it air dries you mine as well get a new one. Make sure it is entirely dry before re-assembly and testing.
