When someone asks you a question or says something to you, you respond with only 'What'. It will drive them mad. This also works with 'Why'.
Another variation is either to try to make someone else say "what" or when they do say "what" state out loud to them that they are "it." Ie) Bryan: "Hey, you'll never guess how many times my car died last night..FIVE!" Nick: "What?! no way!" Byan: "HA! YOU'RE IT!" There is no real point to this game and being it doesn't seem to mean anything, but it can be quite annoying.
