One of the holes is a power wire and the other is a ground. Without both you have no voltage. As soon as the power wire is grounded either through the other side of the circuit or by some careless human you have 110 volts.
120v
It is 120V
The flow of electrons from a body at a higher voltage to one at a lower voltage is flow of current.
you put 2 holes in a cardboard box. Next, you put the nails into the holes, and finally, place the paperclip in between the 2 nails, connecting.
the reason for 0.3V as barrier potential in Ge is:- Electrons near the junction drift into the P region and recombine with holes. At the junction, the P-side has a layer of negative charges or negative ions (since p-type material is electrically nuetral addition of an electron makes it a negative ion). At the junction, the N-side has given up electrons thus creating holes i.e. it has positive charges or positive ions. This ion build up creates an area that is depleted of any conduction electrons or holes i.e. it has positive charges or positive ions cancelled out by negative charges or negative ions This ion build up creates an area that is depleted of any conduction electrons or holes. This represents a potential difference of 0v to 0.3v volts Ge diodes Semiconductor devices are controlled by controlling the depletion region of the device. The potential difference is called the barrier potential. It's basically what makes the semiconductor work, so its a really good question.
I checked and per a Roseburg Forest Products booklet holes up to 2" are permitted as follows: No more than 3 holes. Square and rectangular holes are not permitted. Does not apply for cantilevers. Hole to be centered on height of beam. Holes (if more than one) must be a minimum of 4" clear distance between holes. Hole must be at least 2 1/2 times height of beam away from load bearing point

In alternating current, the line voltage (one side) would be 110 to 120 volts and the neutral side would be 0. However, one side carries current in and the other out so you need both sides to operate correctly and current will flow through the item that is plugged in to the outlet.
There is no difference, in the movie they used the same dialogue as they did in the book.
Is there a difference between tonsil crypts and, tonsil holes? If so what is it?
First of all, let's get the terminology correct -there is no such thing as a 'voltage difference'. 'Voltage' is another word for 'potential difference', so 'voltage difference' would mean 'potential difference difference', which doesn't make any sense! So you should be referring to the voltage across the holes of an outlet, not the 'voltage difference' across those holes. The voltage produced by a generator in the power station produces a much greater voltage (up to 30 000 volts) than the voltage that appears across your outlet (120 V in North America or 230 V in Europe). Furthermore the generator's voltage gets increased even higher (hundreds of thousands of volts) before the electricity transmission can take place. Eventually, those high voltages are reduced, using transformers, until it reaches your outlet.
LGA : Land Grid Array <== pins are in the socket, no pins are attached on the CPU, only pads. PGA: Pin Grid Array <== pins are attached on to the socket, the socket has some sort of "holes" that hold the processor

There is no real difference between the two, between a round usually means playing 18 holes whereas a game could mean just 9 holes or more.

chinois has smaller holes and china cap has larger holes, both used for straining.

Male XLR connectors have pins or prongs that plug into a female XLR connector, which have corresponding holes or slots to receive the pins. Male connectors are typically used on microphone cables, while female connectors are found on audio equipment like mixers and amplifiers.
