Continental Arms is a trade name used by Marshall Well Co of Duluth MN on firearms they retailed. Many companies made firearms that would be marked with a private brand for the retailer (Sears, Montgomery Ward, JC penney, Western Auto, Shapleigh Hardware,e tc) Savage made a lot of these, as well as Mossberg, Marlin, Winchester. Not aware of any collector value- value would be as a shooter- $50-$75 range.
These rifles are close copies of the early Winchesters. They are not worth much. Does anyone know where I can find parts???
10-1000+ USD depending on specifics

First, the 30-30 cartridge did not exist in 1833, so I take it you meant 1933. You did not say what model of Savage rifle, but the Savage 99 was a very poular rifle. The value will depend on the exact model and condition, but could run $200-$500. Give us more information, and we may be able to narrow things down.
