There were two companies known as Interarms. The first was an importer/exporter, formed in 1953. They did not manufacture firearms.
The second - and current - Interarms is a subsidiary of Hi Standard, and does not manufacture a PPK or PPK/S pistol. If what you have is actually a Walther PPK/S, value could range anywhere from $300 - $800, depending on specifics.
The Walther PPK pistol is manufactured by German small arms maker Carl Walther GmbH.
The Walther P99 is manufactured by the German company Carl Walther GmbH, mostly used by law enforcement and civilian sport shooting. Different variants are also manufactured by the polish company Lucznick Arms Factory.
A 22 LR caliber pistol made by Walther, it is similar in design to the Walther P99.
Mostlikely it would of been a Walther. The model is not known because mostlikely a Russian footsoldier fould the gun and kept it or destroyed it. In my opinion, through pictures I have studied, it was a Walther PPK.
The Walther PPK pistol was first released in 1931. During that time the Walther PPK pistol was popular amongst European police and civilians because it was reliable and concealable.
The P-38 in 22LR is the only 22LR pistol made by Walther that looks like a P38
No such weapon made by Walther.

Look it up yourself, it was a Walther PP..a similar model used by James Bond
