10-500 USD or so
The High Standard Sentinel mark IV is a 9 shot blue or nickel plated revolver with wooden grips that was made by High Standard Inc. It came in a 2 and 4 inch barrel length. This revolver in good condition may be worth from 175 to 275 US dollars.
Sorry- Hi Standard Sentinel began production in 1955, and I can find no High Standard with a brass frame. There were some with gold colored aluminum frames- values about $200-$300.
Does not exist. The R 101 series was made in the 1970-80's

The revolver is probably an Iver Johnson. The grips were after-market grips, distributed by Siles.
Barrel, cylinder, frame, grips, sights.tim is gay
Decoration
on one side of the grips there should be a screw. take the screw out nad the grips will come off

i have ordered grips for the heritage revolver. goto www.heritagemfg.com and choose the grips you like. they are not an exact fit but they work great. i would say they fit 99%. most of the parts will interchange between the rough rider traditional and most western six .22's.
Not necessarily. Grips could have been replaced.
